In accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 20 of the RA Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure by the demand of at least one fourth of the deputies’ total number from September 2018 an Investigative Committee was created by the force of law to transfer the transport means and other property, rendering service of the treaties to Yerevan Community by the different entities, as well as to transfer other immovable and movable property related to them and by Yerevan Community, including the study of the lawfulness and corruption risks of ensuring property, as well as non property rights, permissions of construction and privileges.

In accordance with Paragraph 6 of Article 20 of the RA Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure the draft decision of the National Assembly defining the number of the Investigative Committee members will be discussed in the regular sitting of the National Assembly,” the statement by the RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan reads.
